Terms of payment : Conn. Clocks and Time accepts payment in the form of cash, or checks. Currently we do not accept credit cards.

All requests for cleaning, repair and restoration services must be pre-approved by either calling us, or E-mailing us. We offer free pick-up and delivery to all our elderly Stratford Residents, who have a limited driving ability. Otherwise drop-off and pick-up is at our local residence. Before we give your clock back to you, we must receive total payment for all repair work performed.

We offer all Services on your Grandfather Clock, including In-House re-oiling, and removal of the works for cleaning and repair at our facility. We also will prepare your clock for safe moving to a new residence.

We Do Not Dismantle Clock Movements On Free Estimates!
Our free estimate is based on what we can visually check in our inspection of your clock. Additional parts and labor would be added to your estimate, if more work is needed, and you will be informed of such increase before work is performed. If you decide not to have us do the repair work, the only cost to you is the pick-up of your clock. If you do decide to have the repair work done, we will notify you after the completion of the work.

We provide an Appraisal Service based on the information you supply us about your clock or our visual inspection of such clock. Please be as accurate as possible in describing your clock to us, an appraisal will be sent to you upon receipt of payment. If no information is available for your particular clock, payment will be refunded. Appraisals includes estimated date, price, and photo of actual (or comparable) clock whenever possible.
